燃气发电机组中火花塞的正确安装对于燃气机组的正常运行至关重要。火花塞安装不紧会造成燃烧不充分导致积碳，或者发动机缺缸。积碳过多会阻断散热通道，使火花塞从燃烧室吸收的热量不能传出。热量的积聚使火花塞内部温度剧增，将点火端包括绝缘体、中心电、侧电烧毁。重则引起提前点火和爆震，甚至火花塞电脱落拉缸。

Improper installation of spark plugs can cause insufficient combustion leading to carbon buildup or engine cylinder shortage. Excessive carbon deposition can block the heat dissipation channel, preventing the heat absorbed by the spark plug from the combustion chamber from being transferred out. The accumulation of heat causes a sharp increase in the internal temperature of the spark plug, burning out the ignition end including the insulator, center electrode, and side electrode. Severe cases can cause premature ignition and detonation, and even spark plug electrode detachment and cylinder pulling.

火花塞正确安装流程：

The correct installation process for spark plugs:

1、要使用专业的工具；

1. Use professional tools;

2、拆装之前要先将高压线桩头附近的灰尘和油污清理掉，而且拆装火花塞要一个一个气缸来，拆装好一个再换另一个，避免脏东西掉入到气缸内；

2. Before disassembling, the dust and oil near the high-voltage line pile head should be cleaned first, and the spark plugs should be disassembled one by one. After disassembling one, replace the other to avoid dirt falling into the cylinder;

3、上紧的力度同样非常重要，旋紧火花塞时，先以较小力气旋转工具直杆，一开始不可以使用扳手增加力矩，防止火花塞拧歪，破坏缸盖螺纹。旋转工具直杆十多圈，遇到很硬的手感，即使用一只手的非常大力气拧不动直杆时，这时候表示火花塞拧到底了，但并不是火花塞上紧了！再用力拧，这是密封圈下压，也就是密封圈压平的过程，非常后拧不动了，就是拧紧了。

3. The tightening force is also very important. When tightening the spark plug, first rotate the straight rod of the tool with a small force. At the beginning, do not use a wrench to increase the torque to prevent the spark plug from twisting and damaging the cylinder head thread. When rotating the tool straight rod more than ten times and encountering a very hard feel, even if the maximum force of one hand cannot move the straight rod, it means that the spark plug is screwed to the bottom, but it is not necessarily tightened! If you tighten it again, this is the process of pressing down the sealing ring, that is, flattening the sealing ring. Finally, if it cannot be tightened, it means it has been tightened.

要注意的是不要用力过大，密封圈压平就可以了，不要再拧了，不然会扭力过大 。
