炼焦过程产生的焦炉煤气，含氢量高达60%，同时含一氧化碳、甲烷、萘、苯、焦油等。过去大部分放散烧掉，现在通过燃气内燃机或燃气轮机直接发电。这条路线用的是气体发电机组，燃料是焦炉煤气本身。颜巴赫等品牌已有焦炉煤气发电的成熟案例，适配机型需具备高氢适应性，否则氢含量波动容易导致爆震。

The coke oven gas produced during the coking process contains up to 60% hydrogen, as well as carbon monoxide, methane, naphthalene, benzene, tar, and other substances. In the past, most of the emissions were burned off, but now they are directly generated by gas internal combustion engines or gas turbines. This route uses gas generators and the fuel is coke oven gas itself. Brands such as Yanbach have mature cases of coke oven gas power generation, and the compatible models need to have high hydrogen adaptability, otherwise fluctuations in hydrogen content can easily lead to detonation.

干熄焦余热发电——把“余热”变“电力”

Dry quenching waste heat power generation - turning "waste heat" into "electricity"

干熄焦过程用惰性气体冷却红焦，产生的高温气体（约900℃）进入余热锅炉产生蒸汽，驱动汽轮发电机组发电。这条路线用的是蒸汽轮机，燃料不是煤气，而是“热”。

The dry quenching process uses inert gas to cool the red coke, and the high-temperature gas (about 900 ℃) produced enters the waste heat boiler to generate steam, which drives the steam turbine generator set to generate electricity. This route uses steam turbines, and the fuel is not coal gas, but "heat".

首钢京唐焦化部配置2台25MW和1台35MW干熄焦汽轮发电机组，通过精细化操作和日常维护，2020年发电超年计划1460万度。中南股份余能CDQ班2024年吨焦发电量对比上年度提升8%，增加发电量超2300万kWh。

Shougang Jingtang Coking Department is equipped with 2 sets of 25MW and 1 set of 35MW dry quenching steam turbine generator units. Through refined operation and daily maintenance, the annual power generation plan for 2020 exceeds 14.6 million kWh. In 2024, the CDQ class of Zhongnan Group's surplus energy will increase its coke power generation by 8% compared to the previous year, with an additional power generation of over 23 million kWh.
